Given the huge programmatic model and the constraints imposed by the Municipal Master Plan, the implementation design was practically defined at the start.
It is about a 2 story house in which the upper volume rests perpendicularly on another volume with an L shape. However, by the outside, the recreational area and the annex end up to close and engage the pool as a fundamental piece in the orientation of the social and private house areas. Contemporary lines define the composition, using small details in outside arrangements, which make all the difference.
