GRASSLAND HOUSE
Branca, Coruche, Portugal
Regarding the shape, the owners’ desire fell on a sober and fully modern house. In a plot of 8000m2 with slightly pronounced slopes, outside the urban area, the solution, because the morphology of the land itself so advised, led to the implementation of the building in the higher levels.

The house develops in 2 volumes, fully differentiated by the coatings applied. The elevation facing the public street, the most visible to everyone, turns out to be defined by a completely opaque facade that ensures the necessary privacy of spaces. Serving preferentially for holiday purposes, the house, in the transparent ground floor, gives itself completely to the most desirable views.
